/01 WHAT IS NANAKAGE'S BUSINESS MODEL?
We operate on a sustainable, made-to-order, print-on-demand model. To prevent commercial mass-production waste, deadstock, and environmental damage, we do not print products in advance. Instead, every single garment is printed and inspected custom just for you once your order is placed.
/02 HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP?
Because each item is custom-crafted to order, our standard processing and quality inspection time is 1 to 3 business days before shipping. Once shipped, our international shipping partner, 4PX, generally takes 7 to 14 business days to deliver the package to your door.
/03 WHAT IS YOUR SIZING LIKE?
Our garments are custom-cut to offer a premium, relaxed, oversized boxy streetwear fit. We highly recommend looking at the Sizing Chart collapsible row located directly on each product page before ordering to find your measurements.
/04 HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact delivery address and package weight. You can see your final shipping cost by entering your address at checkout before completing your payment.
/05 CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Because our made-to-order printing is automated, your order enters our production queue almost immediately. We can only process address corrections or cancellations within the first hour of purchase. Once your custom shirt is in production, we cannot make any changes.
/06 WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?
Since every piece is printed custom to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, we offer full replacements or refunds if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong design or size.
/07 DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR PROMO CODES?
Yes! We run occasional secret drops and promotions. You can unlock early access, restock alerts, and exclusive promo codes by subscribing to our rolling newsletter at the bottom of our homepage.
/08 WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES OR CUSTOMS TAXES?
International orders may be subject to customs taxes or import duties once they reach your destination country. These charges are governed by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
/09 WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER'S JOURNEY?
As soon as your custom order is printed and shipped, we will automatically send you an email containing your 4PX tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier system to update.
/10 WHAT APPAREL MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We construct our garments using premium heavyweight fabrics. Our T-shirts are heavyweight 230 GSM 100% combed cotton, and our Hoodies are ultra-thick 360 GSM heavyweight cotton/poly blend, finished with a rugged vintage acid wash.
