At NANAKAGE, we believe in sustainable curation and conscious production. To prevent mass-market waste and deadstock, we do not keep pre-printed inventory in warehouses. Instead, every single garment is custom-printed, freshly pressed, and carefully inspected on a made-to-order basis just for you. 

Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your custom drop is processed and delivered.


1. Processing & Production Times
Because every item is crafted custom to your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for printing, quality control, and packaging before your order is shipped. 

During peak drop seasons or holiday periods, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we craft your pieces.


2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times
Once your garment is custom-printed, inspected, and leaves our facility, we ship globally via our international logistics partner, 4PX Express. Standard transit times are estimated as follows:

- International Shipping (via 4PX): 7 to 14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen shipping method.


3. Tracking Your Drop
As soon as your order is printed and handed over to 4PX, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.


4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)
NANAKAGE is based and ships globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or carrier brokerage fees once the package reaches your destination country. 

These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer. NANAKAGE has no control over these government-regulated charges and cannot predict their cost.


5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to double-check that the shipping address entered at checkout is completely accurate and includes all apartment, suite, or unit numbers. 

Because our print-on-demand fulfillment is automated, we cannot modify or redirect shipping addresses once your garment has entered the production phase. NANAKAGE is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives safely, NANAKAGE is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered." 

If your package is lost in transit (not updated for more than 15 business days) or if your custom garment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nanakageshop@gmail.com  with your order number and photo evidence of any damage so we can investigate and arrange a free replacement.
