At NANAKAGE, every single garment is custom-printed to order just for you. Because we operate on a made-to-order model to ensure zero-waste and high-quality curation, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds in cases of a damaged/defective garment, a wrong design printed, or the incorrect size/item shipped.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement for damaged or incorrect products.

To be eligible for a return or replacement under these conditions, your item must be unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong design or size. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or mistake so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because every garment is custom-printed to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for ordering the incorrect size or general change of mind. Please consult our Sizing Chart carefully before placing your order. 

We also do not accept returns on sale items, promotional drops, or gift cards.


Exchanges
Because we print each piece custom to order, we do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect design/size, please contact us for a free replacement of your original order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will evaluate the photo evidence of your damaged or incorrect item and let you know if the replacement or refund was approved. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
