He built that body out of the wreck that nearly killed him, which is the most Franky thing about him. The pose is not a joke, it is a receipt.
Full color asks something different than line work does. Flat fills have to sit even across the whole chest plate while the blue line work stays sharp on top of them. Combed cotton takes ink evenly enough for both jobs. 230 GSM combed cotton, washed soft.

Is this actually good quality, or thin print on demand fabric?
230 gsm, 100% combed cotton, acid wash finish. Combed cotton, garment washed, the everyday weight. Built to hold its shape and color through repeated washes.
Will the print crack, fade, or peel?
We use dtg garment print, cured properly so it won't crack under normal washing. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer's high heat for the longest life.
Why does production take 2 to 4 days instead of shipping same day?
Everything is printed fresh per order instead of pulled from a pre made warehouse stock, which is what lets us offer this many designs and sizes without dead inventory. It also means your piece isn't sitting on a shelf before it reaches you.
