Is this actually good quality, or thin print on demand fabric?
360 gsm, 60% cotton, 40% polyester brushed fleece. Built to hold its shape and color through repeated washes.
Will the print crack, fade, or peel?
We use dtg, front and back print, cured properly so it won't crack under normal washing. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer's high heat for the longest life.
Why does production take 1 to 3 business days instead of shipping same day?
Everything is printed fresh per order instead of pulled from a pre made warehouse stock, which is what lets us offer this many designs and sizes without dead inventory. It also means your piece isn't sitting on a shelf before it reaches you.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot accept returns for a wrong size or a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, email support@nanakage.com and we will send a replacement. Customers in the EU keep their 14 day right of withdrawal.
