Is this actually good quality, or thin print on demand fabric?
430 gsm heavyweight, 100% cotton, acid wash. Built to hold its shape and color through repeated washes.
Will the print crack, fade, or peel?
We use all-over print, edge to edge, which soaks into the fibers rather than sitting on top of the fabric the way a screen print does, so there is no layer to crack or peel, even across an edge to edge design.
Why does production take 7 business days instead of shipping same day?
Everything is printed fresh per order instead of pulled from a pre made warehouse stock, which is what lets us offer this many designs and sizes without dead inventory. It also means your piece isn't sitting on a shelf before it reaches you.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot accept returns for a wrong size or a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, email support@nanakage.com and we will send a replacement. Customers in the EU keep their 14 day right of withdrawal.
