Is this actually good quality, or thin print on demand fabric?
230 gsm tee / 360 gsm hoodie, tee: 100% combed cotton; hoodie: 60% cotton, 40% polyester brushed fleece. Built to hold its shape and color through repeated washes.
Will the print crack, fade, or peel?
We use dtg, garment-specific print, cured properly so it won't crack under normal washing. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer's high heat for the longest life.
Why does production take 1 to 3 business days instead of shipping same day?
Everything is printed fresh per order instead of pulled from a pre made warehouse stock, which is what lets us offer this many designs and sizes without dead inventory. It also means your piece isn't sitting on a shelf before it reaches you.
What if something's wrong with my order?
Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot accept returns for a wrong size or a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, email support@nanakage.com and we will send a replacement. Customers in the EU keep their 14 day right of withdrawal.
